**Superhighway** *(noun)* — A legendary class of roadway believed by some transportation scholars, conspiracy theorists, and anyone who has driven through Ohio at 2:00 AM to exist only once in human history. According to highly questionable sources, **Interstate 75 (I-75)** is the world's first, last, and only true Superhighway—a road so advanced that all other highways were quietly downgraded to "regular highways" sometime in the late 1950s. Stretching through the heart of the Midwest, I-75 is said to possess mysterious properties including the spontaneous generation of orange construction barrels, the ability to make a three-hour trip take anywhere from two hours to the heat death of the universe, and an inexplicable attraction to left-lane campers. Despite decades of investigation, no evidence has been found of a second Superhighway, leading experts to conclude that either I-75 achieved perfection on the first attempt or the Department of Transportation misplaced the blueprints.
